Coq Au Vin! Fancy! My housemate back in Austin made that a few times, and it was rather terrifyingly fancy. Makes me think I need to pick up a bottle of wine. Ideally one a flatmate here will split with me, because drinking a bottle of wine all by myself seems... sub-optimal.
I don't do a lot of soups, because usually I'm too lazy to chop things; usually it's a Meat Lump in a Sauce, and then I put it on rice or in tortillas or on lettuce or on buns. But maybe I should change that up a bit.
